One of the things I like best on the Internet are webcomics. I read them ... a lot. I think I've decided, that only comics where I know the authors/artists, and Userfriendly because it was first.
A list short description of some of the ones I read.
- It's Walky:One of the longer running webcomics, and probably my favorite, as it has a plot. It is highly suggested that you start reading through the archives first (On all, but this one ESPECAIALLY!) Prepare for angst, plot, mayhem, and cuddly purple aliens!
- Candi: A newer comic, which is probably going to be pretty good, as it hasn't had one I haven't found funny yet.
- Happy Pure: An interesting cartoon, pretty funny. Unfortunately, their artist got hurt as it was starting up. It's pretty good, including most of the fill-in.
- College Roomies from Hell: Pretty good. It took me more than one start due to the plot and art at the beginning to read it, but it's worth it.
- User Friendly: The first webcomic I read, and still read. It's funny, also rather Linux/Computer related.
- Mine...: one started by my sister and myself that got no further than 2 strips on the first try.
- Tomodachi Forever:
- Girl Heros:
- Ctrl+Alt+Del:A Gamer/Computer comic, which is one of the funniest. Especially knowing people who are somewhat similar to certain persons in the comic.
- Queen Of Wands: Emotion, coolness.
- Schlock Mercenary: "Military humor... evolved" It's funny. Scifi/military/just darn funny.
- Real Life: Life/Geek oriented comic that's pretty funny.
- Megatokyo: Probably the largest webcomic, just pretty darn cool.
- Something Positive: Honestly, I think this is becoming my favorite, after It's Walky! finished. A webcomic that now consistantly updates 1/day overall (just maybe a couple on some days to make up for it).
- /usr/bin/w00t: Another computer based comic. Fun, but hasn't been updating much.
- PvP: Yet another computer one. It's generally fairly funny. Art is black & white and looks clean.
- Errant Story: Interesting Fantasy type, greyscale, very good art though, and definately a story.
- Melonpool: Sci-fi, It took me my 3rd attempt before I could adjust to the early art.
- Sore Thumbs: I've kinda stopped reading it.
- Basil Flint: Detective story. Interesting.
- Mac Hall: Computer comic, good art, updates as often as a random number generator dictates. ;)
- Youthtopia: generally weekly updates, interesting art, kinda wierd story.
- Dr. Devious: High school, evil mastermind villian, and updates similar to Mac Hall. :(
- GPF: Computer comic, daily. Fairly fun.
- Underpower: It's underpower, kinda wierd, kinda cool, and did I mention wierd?
- Apple Geeks: Exists in the same universe as Ctrl+Alt+Del, Kind of CAD for Mac people (obviously making fun of Mac people as well. ;) )
- Foxtrot: You should know this if you've read any American newspaper. 'nuff said.
